Refund/Exchange Policy

Returns for Original Artwork/Functional Art

All sales are final. I recommend you to review the images, product descriptions carefully and request you to contact me for any additional information if needed before purchasing.

​Commission or custom art also cannot be returned. In the final process of a commissioned painting(s), the client may carefully review detailed pictures and request any more pictures, if needed, to finalize before shipment. 
Once the art work is paid for and shipped it won't be possible to accept a return.

 

Returns for Abstry Prints by Geetika

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, we at CraftsCrave follow a 5 day return policy for Products shipped within India. We request you to email us a photo of the damaged product to support@craftscrave.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

All Sales are final and the products bought during the sale period are non returnable. We do not offer Cash Refunds, cancellations or exchange on sale items. 

Any product bought with the use of a discount code is only valid for Exchange. We don't offer cash refund for the same.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@craftscrave.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
